Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Amsterdam Lady. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can easily return your products within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn, undamaged, with all original labels attached, and packed in the original packaging.
EU Countries
Follow the steps below to return your order from within the EU:
- Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and shipping box.
- Go to our returns portal to initiate your return.
- Follow the steps in the portal to register your return.
- Print the provided return label and stick it on the box, or use the QR code at the nearest drop-off point of the chosen carrier.
Non-EU Countries
Customers returning items from outside the European Union can also do so within 14 days, under the same conditions (unworn, undamaged, with labels, in original packaging).
Please follow these steps:
- Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and shipping box.
- Go to our returns portal to register your return shipment.
- After registration, you can purchase a return label from the carrier of your choice. The cost of this return shipping is your responsibility.
- Affix your purchased label to the package and send it back to us.
Please note: returns sent from non-EU countries are at the buyer’s own risk until the package is delivered to us.
Processing Your Return
Once we have received and processed your return at our facility, we will refund the purchase amount for the returned item(s) to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and any delays resulting from this are beyond our control.
